Arrive in Guwahati, the gateway to Northeast India, where you will meet your driver and begin your scenic journey to Kaziranga National Park, one of Assam's most celebrated wildlife destinations and renowned for the Indian one-horned rhinoceros.

En route, you may visit Amchong Tea Estate, subject to the itinerary and operating conditions, for an introduction to Assam's iconic tea landscapes. Walk amidst lush tea plantations, enjoy the surrounding countryside and capture your first glimpses of rural Assam.

Continue towards Kaziranga and check in at your hotel or resort. Later, explore the Orchid Park and nearby tea plantations, offering an introduction to the biodiversity, culture and traditions of Assam.

Return to your hotel for an overnight stay in Kaziranga.

After breakfast, prepare for one of the signature experiences of your Assam Meghalaya Tour Package — a thrilling Jeep Safari in Kaziranga National Park.

Explore the wilderness of Kaziranga as your safari takes you through its characteristic grasslands and wildlife habitat. The national park is particularly famous for the Indian one-horned rhinoceros, while its wider ecosystem supports elephants, wild buffalo, deer and numerous bird species. The safari offers an opportunity to experience one of Northeast India's most celebrated wildlife landscapes.

After completing your Kaziranga Jeep Safari, return to the hotel and spend the remainder of the day at leisure.

After breakfast, check out from your Kaziranga hotel and begin your journey towards Shillong, Meghalaya, popularly known as the Scotland of the East.

As you enter the beautiful Khasi Hills, stop at Umiam Lake, one of Meghalaya's most picturesque reservoirs. Surrounded by rolling green hills, the lake provides an excellent introduction to the landscapes of Meghalaya and also offers recreational and water-based activities depending on availability.

Continue to Shillong and check in at your hotel.

In the evening, explore Police Bazaar, Shillong's vibrant commercial centre and a popular destination for shopping, local handicrafts, regional merchandise, restaurants and street food.

Distance: Approx. 65 km each way | Travel Time: Approx. 1.5 Hours each way

After breakfast, embark on a full-day Shillong to Cherrapunji sightseeing tour through the spectacular landscapes of the Khasi Hills.

Cherrapunji, locally known as Sohra, is famous for its dramatic cliffs, waterfalls, caves, forests and monsoon landscapes.

Explore the Garden of Caves, followed by Dainthlen Falls, one of Cherrapunji's well-known waterfalls associated with Khasi folklore. Continue to Eco Park, which offers expansive views towards the plains of Bangladesh.

The itinerary also covers Mawsmai Cave and Thangkharang Park, while identifying Nohkalikai Falls and Nohsngithiang/Seven Sisters Falls among the attractions planned for the Cherrapunji excursion.

Return towards Shillong and visit Elephant Falls, subject to timing and operating conditions, before returning to your hotel.

After breakfast, set out on one of the most scenic days of your Meghalaya tour as you travel from Shillong towards Mawlynnong and Dawki.

Begin with Mawlynnong Village, known for its exceptionally clean surroundings and picturesque Khasi village setting. Explore the village and visit its Living Root Bridge, an extraordinary example of Meghalaya's traditional relationship with its natural environment. The program also includes the area's distinctive balancing rock formation.

Continue towards Dawki, a border town near the India–Bangladesh frontier and home to the famous Umngot River.

Enjoy the spectacular sight of the river's clear waters and, subject to local and weather conditions, experience boating on the Umngot River at Dawki. The itinerary also includes a visit to the India–Bangladesh border.

After sightseeing, return to Shillong.

After completing your Shillong sightseeing tour, drive towards Guwahati, Assam.

21-14 Days before Tour Start Date - 50% refund.

cancellation over and above the above cancellation charges.

Notes on Transportation Used in Our Package.

Vehicles used are exclusively at the disposal of the guest for the entire tour for 12 Hours every day .There is
no change in the vehicle during the entire tour .Our drivers are very well trained with the entire region and
would ensure that they take the guest to all the places mentioned in the itinerary. Maximum guests allowed
in Innova is 6 including children above 4 years. If the no. of guest is more than 6 then they will have to take
1 more vehicle at an extra cost. If there are 5 or more guests then they are advised to travel with very
minimum baggage in case if the number of baggage is more than normal then the guest will have to take 1
more vehicle at an extra cost. In case the Guest is travelling with extra Bags they may have to take a extra
car for the same at additional cost payable on spot.

Notes on Tempo Travellers

Tempo Travellers which are available in North East are not modified and are basic A/C vehicles that come
directly from the dealer. It is noted that these vehicles may not be as well-equipped with Maharaja Seats,
Individual AC, Arm Rest Etc as those found in other states like Rajasthan, Delhi, Kerala, etc. The A/c of the
vehicle will not work on hills further the Ac are not as effective as a Sedan or Toyota Vehicle. Additionally,
the average age of the vehicles is between 3 to 5 years, and they do not have roof carriers.In terms of
luggage, due to space constraints, only one piece of luggage per person is allowed. If a guest is traveling with
additional luggage, they may need to arrange for an extra vehicle on the spot at an additional cost. It’s
important to highlight that once the tour begins, the vehicle will not be replaced for any reason.

time in case of any emergency, changes in itinerary or any inconvenience which may have happened on
account of hotels or transportation in case the guest requires a tour guide please let us know in advance.
The same can be arranged at an extra cost Package can be extended on Pro-Rata basis All our packages are
inclusive of Breakfast There will be no refund for any unutilized services.

Hotels are not available as per your confirmation we will suggest you alternate options and confirm the
same once approved by you. Please Note. There might be some changes in the total package cost if we make
